Measure all the ingredients and put aside for mixing
Mix the dry ingredients together
Add baking powder
Melt the solid milk in the hot water. Wait for few minutes until the temperature goes down about 40F to add instant year. Let the liquid sit for 5 minutes.
Add the liquid to the flour mix
Use mixer on low speed to mix the dough for about 4 minutes or until well mixed
Take out the dough and cover it in a big bowl and let it sit for 20-30 min until the surface looks smooth. The dough should expand a bit
Alternatively, if you don't want to wait for 30 minutes, you can place the dough in a low heat oven ( 150F) for 10 minutes to let it rest and expand.
Add Logan fruit and walnut to the dough and make sure you evenly distribute them
Roll them out to a slim log
Cut them into 14 pieces
Place them to a large steam tray. Make sure you leave spaces in between because the will expand in the steamer
Steam them for 10-15 min
A fluffy and slightly chewy bun is now ready for you.
