How to ladder lace your converse

Bought myself some new converse. We all know what that means... Let's get this over with...

First, strip your laces down and thread them over the top of the bottom two eyelets.

First, strip your laces down and thread them over the top of the bottom two eyelets.

Now take the inside lace out through the second eyelet.

Now take the inside lace out through the second eyelet.

With the outside lace, miss the second eyelet and bring it out through the third.

With the outside lace, miss the second eyelet and bring it out through the third.

The inside lace now goes over the sneaker and back in the second eyelet.

The inside lace now goes over the sneaker and back in the second eyelet.

And the same with the outside lace. Bring it over the sneaker and back in the third eyelet.

And the same with the outside lace. Bring it over the sneaker and back in the third eyelet.

Now you're pretty much repeating those steps. The inside lace goes out the next hole up while the outside lace misses the eyelet immediately above and goes through the next one up...

Once again the laces cross straight over to their opposite eyelets. Keep climbing, you're almost there! (Ladder pun intended)

And by repeating steps 1 to 5, you'll soon have your newly laced sneakers... Enjoy
