This Challah bread is absolutely fabulous. Easy to make, surprisingly! And a crowd pleaser. I'm using this batch to make my brother the best French toast. Try out this recipe, and comment results! :)

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Sprinkle yeast over warm water.
Mix in oil, honey, and salt. Beat in 3 eggs. That's the secret, an extra egg! Makes the texture absolutely perfect!
Get 8 cups of flour ready!
Mix in flour one cup at a time. You may need additional flour. Mix until the dough is elastic, and not sticky.
Cover and let rise for about 2-2 1/2 hrs. Wait patiently! :)

Punch down dough. My favorite part. ;)
Divide dough in half. Braid one, or both. I recommend braiding both. The braid turned out way better! :)
Let rise for about 30 minutes. Brush tops with beaten egg.
Bake in a 375 degree Fahrenheit, oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown!
This is the loaf version. Needs to be baked longer, than the braid!
Mmm mm good. (:
My brother loves it!
I love it!
Needs butter!
That's better.
My dad had seconds!
You are now, a challah bread making genius. Have fun! Don't forget to comment, I love hearing how everything turned out, and answering any questions! :)
