This Challah bread is absolutely fabulous. Easy to make, surprisingly! And a crowd pleaser. I'm using this batch to make my brother the best French toast. Try out this recipe, and comment results! :)

Mix in oil, honey, and salt. Beat in 3 eggs. That's the secret, an extra egg! Makes the texture absolutely perfect!

Get 8 cups of flour ready!

Mix in flour one cup at a time. You may need additional flour. Mix until the dough is elastic, and not sticky.

Cover and let rise for about 2-2 1/2 hrs. Wait patiently! :)

Divide dough in half. Braid one, or both. I recommend braiding both. The braid turned out way better! :)
