Gather all supplies
Cut off each end of kiwi using the small serrated knife (don’t cut too much into flesh)
Make 2 cm alternating diagonal cuts into the center of the kiwi (with 2 cm between each incision)
Gently pull kiwi apart into two halves
Make incisions into the skin from top to bottom of the kiwi between the points (but don’t cut very deep into flesh)
Using a paring knife, start at the tip of each point and cut slowly under the skin
Flatten out skin petals
Place on the plate to garnish any dish!
