INGREDIENTS

OMELETTE

1. Crack egg on flat surface into bowl.

2.Whisk eggs

3.. Place eggs in omelette pan on a low heat.

4. Place filling and cheese of your choice on other side of omelette and wait until eggs are cooked to a light brown and you are ready to eat.

FRUIT SMOOTHIE

1. Place frozen fruit of your choice in a blender.

2. Pour 1/2 cup of milk into blender.

3. Press the blend button and pour smoothie into a cup and drink it.

GUACAMOLE

1. Cut avocado in halves avoiding the pit.

2. Scoop avocado with spoon into a bowl and also place pit in bowl.

3. Mash avocados and add a zest of lemon and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

CHICKEN FRIED RICE

1. Place 1 1/2 cups rinsed long grain rice in pot with 3 cups of water

3. Simmer on low heat while stirring for 20 minutes.

4. Fry veggies and chicken and mix it in the rice

HOMEMADE CHICKEN

1. Mix chicken in egg mixture

2. Mix chicken in bread crumb mixture

3. Fry chicken in pan with oil
