Stand with your front foot about 2 - 4 inches from the closest 2 screws, and your back foot on the rim of the board.
Push your back foot so the front of the board pops up.
Slide you front foot up towards the top of the board while bending your knees.
Kick your foot of of the board putting it into a flipping motion.
Jump and let the board flip under your feet.
Land in a normal comfortable position when the board comes back around in it's wheels. And you've done it!
