Cut the bunch of cilentro from the bottom. I would cut it where they tie the bundle
Cut cilantro. Also pick if there are some leaves in the lower cut part
Wash the leaves
Place them on the paper towel and let it dry. Typically 1-2 hours, till all the water evaporates. Make sure the leaves are all dry!
Wrap the dried cilantro in the paper towel and pack it in a air-tight container
Keep refrigerated and take out some out when you need. If you see any black leaves in a week or so, remove them. You can also use this for spinach. Keeps cilantro fresh for atleast 10-12 days!
