Find a place that has enough room to spread out.

Perform Burpees for 50 seconds and then take a 10 second rest. You should go as fast as you can for the 50 seconds.

Perform Pushups for 50 seconds and then take a 10 second rest.

Perform air squats for 50 seconds and then take a 10 second rest.

Perform planks for 50 seconds and take a 10 second rest.

Repeat steps 2-5 3 times.
