Find a place that has enough room to spread out.

Perform Pushups for 50 seconds and then take a 10 second rest.
Perform air squats for 50 seconds and then take a 10 second rest.
Perform planks for 50 seconds and take a 10 second rest.
Repeat steps 2-5 3 times.
