Click on Support
Under software click Activinspire
Click download
Choose Us English
Download for windows
If this comes up click download file
Click save
Save to desktop
Click run
Click yes if this pop up appears
Click next
Click full install
Click next
Click next
Click I accept and next
Click next
Click install
it should start installing
Click yes I want to restart my computer and next
Replug the Promethean cord and hubs
Restart computer. Go to the control panel look at the screen to see if the new drivers and updates are visible.
