Flexibility takes time. Be patient. Stretch 20-go minutes a day for a few weeks. Then increase about 5 minutes. Note I am not professional and this only from personal experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some good stretches are splits......

And toe touches.......

If at your dance studio, use a ballet bar. If not, use a something sturdy, like a table to help stretching.
