Leg Raises - Stand up straight with your knees together and hands by your side. Lift up your knee to hip level and return down. Do 30 on each side

Heel Jumps (side to side) - Stand up straight with your legs together and arms out in front. Bounce on your heels moving them side to side for 1 minute
