- Don't spare on scotch tape. The more fixed the paper is, the more control you'll have over the appearance of the finished present.

- Use as many types of paper as you can imagine. Combine them in textures and color and blow your mind away!

- Decide whether you'll be tidy or messy. Either way, exagerate your choice. If you'll be tidy, make it perfect. If you're sloppier, take advantage of it and exploit it.
