First step to playing the Alberti Bass, is to align your hand. Seriously, this will all make sense in the end. Do not think about playing with your fingers, play with your hand.

Lets say we're trying to play an Alberti Bass pattern on C, E, and G. A C major triad.

Notice how the pinky and thumb barely moved, as their pressure was being applied by the motion of the wrist. The middle finger is harder as its the "pivot" of the hand, being in the middle.
