How to hunger games nail art

This design was inspired by Melly, I hope everyone enjoys making this design! This is the one I favor out of the two I have done, but I will also post the other design :)

Add some heat by adding orange at the bottom

Now take a Striper and add red in the flames :) and your done! Add a glittery topcoat if you wish for a better effect :)
