This app provides the therapist with a central location to track initial ROM/strength abilities (basis of ADL abilities), progression, & up to date resources for a client living post-stroke.

First, you will need to set up an account. The therapist will need to set up an account with the client's information. This will allow them to track individual progress and goals with each client.

After you register/log in you will be directed to the home screen of The StrokeLink app. Please select settings at the bottom of home screen.

In the settings screen you can turn 'Track Metrics' on and off. You will want to turn 'Track Metrics' on to allow your client to keep track of repetitions and fatigue during the exercises.

"my Goals" is where the therapist works with the client to establish their goals and select a program to help them reach those goals.

Set specific goals in the space following "in order to:" for the client, select a specific program to reach that goal, and decide how often the client should complete the program for week. "Create"

Also under "my Programs" you have the ability to upgrade your app to have the capability to design personalized programs/videos for your clients. This is through 'StrokeLink Capture'
