Beginning stance: Beginning in Spinal neutral, there is shoulder adduction both shoulders, both knees are in flexion, left leg in left rotation, and the body is in all three planes

Goal is: to gain speed, the left shoulder is in slight abduction, right shoulder still in adduction, both hips are in flexion, right knee in flexion, left knee in extension, both elbows in flexion
