How to Operate a Digital Camera

Read the camera manual before taking any photos

Check your batteries.

Insert your storage media card in the appropriate slot.

Remove the lens cap

Turn the camera on by the on and off switch

Turn off the LCD

Make sure your camera is set for automatic mode.

Bring the camera up to your eye and look through the viewfinder.

Push the zoom lever towards the w button if you wish to get a closer shot

Press the shutter button half way down gently confirmed that the green light is on

Push the shutter all the way down until you hear a beap on your camera

Turn off the camera when you wish to not take photos
