INGREDIENTS
Grate all the feta and add all the ricotta into a mixing bowl
Add all the eggs to the mixture and stir until there are no lumps
In a separate bowl combine all the butter and all the yoghurt
Place the yoghurt and butter in an electric mixer and mix for 5 minutes
Sift all the flour into a separate bowl
Add the flour to the yoghurt and butter mixture and mix it all together in the electric mixer, mix until the ingredients become doughy
Remove the dough from the mixer and start kneading it to make a doughy pastry, add a bit of flour if needed to soften the dough
Roll out your dough and also preheat your oven at 200 degrees
Once you've finished rolling out your dough, place a round bowl over your piece of dough and cut around it to form a circle
Place your dough into a pastry mould and add the cheese mixture
Beat an egg and brush a bit of it on top of the cheese so when cooking it turns into a nice golden colour, also sprinkle cinnamon on top
Place them in the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 200 degrees
Once they're out of the oven, let them cool down for a few minutes
