First Snow Peas, they are rich in Vitamin C, A, K and multiple Vitamins B's. It's high in fibre and has minerals in it called iron and manganese.
Next are Carrots, they are high in Vitamin C, A, E and K. High in Iron and Fibre. Proving that the carrot is a massive health food that tastes great!
Also the Red Capsicums, they have loads and loads of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin A. It has magnesium, this combined with vitamin B6 will help your anxiety levels.
Baby Corn is low in fat and tastes great!
Pork, as most people know, has many great benefits to it. These benefits are protein, zinc, phosphorus, selenium and various B vitamins. Not to mention, pork is really delicious.
Let's start preparing the capsicums. First cut it in half then take out the seed core and the seeds.
Next you will need to cut out the pinker bit of the capsicum from the inside. This will make it taste it so much better.
Next cut it in strips and put it in a bowl.
Just like this. Then put it in a bowl.
Next cut up the carrots. You cut the carrot though the middle then slice it up in 4-6cm semi-circles. Then put it in a bowl.
Next let's start with the onions. You can put goggles on or whatever your weird thing is to prevent from crying. Peel off the outer skin of the onion and the first layer.
Cut the onion in strips but not cutting it all the way through. Just leaving it so the onion is still intact.
Then start cutting the other way to make it into little cubes which will go nicely in this dish.
It should look like this. Then put it in a bowl.
Next, just wash the baby corn and cut them in half. Then put it in a bowl.
First, you need to peel the snow peas. You grab the stalk and pull down the flat side which should peel out a sting-like thing.
Then put them in the bowl.
Next you need to peel the garlic. Cut both ends off it and peel off the skin.
Put the heat on a medium-low and throw the garlic in the with about 25-50ml of oil.
Add in the onion to the pan and stir. Sautéed the onion for about 2-3 minutes.
Then the add in the carrot. You add that in first because it will take longer to cook.
Wait 1 minute before putting in the capsicum.
Wait another minute then put in the baby corn.
Stir and then leave for about a minute but you gave to keep stirring.
Put the finished in a bowl.
Now its time to put in the pork. You use the same pan to keep all the juices and it's already hot.
Put it in and break it up with your wooden spoon.
Add salt. Add as much as you think you would need
Add pepper, as much as you see fit.
While that is cooking, quickly wash and peel the lettuce. Put it in a colander to drain.
Now it's time to our in the sauce.
To the meat. Before putting in the sauce, make sure the juices reduce down.
First add in about 150ml if the Hoisin sauce then stir. Then add about 100ml of the sweet chilli sauce then stir.
Now its time to add the vegetables back to the pan.

Stir the veggies through the meat.
Then add the other colour that we needed, the snow peas.
Mix through and let cook for about a minute but keep stirring it.
Keep the lid on it while you prep the table.
Now that the table is all prepared, let's get to serving.
