I pre-chop my veggies once a week, if you don't then you need to chop your veggies
Mix about 1/4 cup tomato sauce
With two T of parsley
And two T of Italian spices
Mix together and set aside
Preheat oven to 375
Open crescent rolls (I'm using two cans) and pitch about four together
Place in bottom of pie pan
After bottom is covered place crescent rolls like this being sure to pitch where they met
Add in sauce
Add in veggies
Close up
Try to not over lap too much
To keep from having uncooked dough you can roast or place veggies in a nonstick skillet on the stove to sweat them out first.
Once covered place in oven about thirty min or so until crust is golden brown
Cool and serve with crushed pineapple and extra sauce
