Thaw and roll out pastry.
Use a cup to cut 3 inch circles in the pastry dough.
Place circles on baking sheet.
Place a spoonful of pineapple jam on the pastry.
Fold all together in any shape, with jam inside.
Place in fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.
Bake at 350 until golden brown.
