Ingredients: c 6 eggs; 2cups of granulate sugar; 2 lemon juice; 1.3/4. Cups of all purpose flour; 2teaspoons of lemon rind; c strawberry jam; 2 teaspoons of baking power

Beat the 6 white eggs  until  fluffy
beat 6 eggs yolks with 2 cups granulate sugar 2 tea spoons of lemon juice  and rind
The batter on tray  for the oven 325 degree
take 15  minutes or 20 depend on your oven
turn the tray on kitchen  towel withe granulate sugar under take off the parchment  paper out  
add over strawberry  jam
with the help of kitchen towel roll
