How to Make Homemade One Bowl Brownies

INGREDIENTS

Line an eight by eight baking dish with aluminum foil

Grease sides of aluminum foil with cooking spray or butter and flour

Melt butter in microwave for 45 seconds (or until it is fully melted)

Whisk in sugar and cocoa into the glass bowl with the melted butter.

Beat in eggs and vanilla in the glass bowl containing the other ingredients

Fold in flour

Pour batter into the greased 8x8 baking dish

Place dish in oven and bake for 35-40 minutes (approximately 37 minutes)

After the 38 minutes are up, remove the brownies and with a toothpick, check to make sure that the brownies are baked throughout.

Wait 20 minutes for the brownies to cool off.

Cut brownies into 12-16 squares.

Serve and enjoy!

  • A 9x9 baking dish
  • One stick of butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 3/4 of a cup of flour
  • Rubber spatula
