INGREDIENTS
Put the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Put the egg whites and yolk in separate bowls
Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer
Add the egg yolks to the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and milk and mix it with an electric mixer
It should look something like this
Add the beaten egg whites to the rest of the mix and fold it in
Start off with 2 cups of sifted flower
Keep on kneading and adding flower until the mixture becomes dough like (this may take a while)
Once the mixture becomes doughy, cover it with cling wrap to rest for 20 minutes
Roll dough into biscuit shapes, we have made twirls
Preheat oven to 160°
Brush biscuits with egg wash and place in the oven for 15 minutes ( until golden )
The biscuits should look something like this.

- 1.0Tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 1.0c Luke warm milk
- Self raising Flour
