For the first part, you need to make garlic butter. For this you need raw garlic, 1 stick of butter, lemon juice, some soy sauce and salt.
Take about 2 or 3 cloves of garlic and put them in a food processor. Now pulse until in small pieces.
Now add the butter(chopped into chunks), 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of soy sauce, and a pinch of salt into the processor. Pulse some more until smooth.
Now just put it in a dish for later.

Now get the celery stalks, carrots, and the half onion. Chop them up into small pieces.
Put them in a dish for later.
Scramble 2-3 eggs.
Get a wok, big pan, or an electric griddle. Pour 2 tbsp of peanut oil on it(better for the flavor), and turn it on to a medium-high setting.
Add the vegetables to the wok and sauté for about 3 minutes.
Add your chicken into the center of the pan(because it is the hottest), and cook 3-4 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Add the rice. Continue cooking.
Finally add the eggs, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, a large dollop of garlic butter, and 1tbsp of sesame seeds.
Cook another minute and then turn the heat off. You're done!
