I'm using an AGA , but you can make it in an oven as well! I've given the measurements for a standard sized tray, but I've used a tray which is double the size :)
Ingredients :) see supplies for measurements
Put sugar in a large bowl... And preheat the oven ...
... Add the flour ...
... Add the baking powder ...
... Add the cocoa powder ...
... Then the eggs ...
... And finally the butter ...
Do not add the chocolate chips yet, they will turn into nothing when mixing the mixture!
Start mixing !!
Use a spatula to get round the bowl and collect the extra chocolate, mmm chocolate :)
Now you add the chocolate chips, stir in slowly.
Doesn't that look good!
Use butter to grease the tin, or use a magic sheet like i did, they work just the same :)
Fill it up with the batter, and sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top.
Pop it in the oven... Oven temperatures on next slide ...
AGA 4 door - Baking oven for 25 mins then the simmering oven for 15-20 mins, or in AGA 2 door - Roasting oven, cover with cool tray for 25 mins and transfer to the simmering oven for 15-20 mins, ...
Oven - preheated to 190C gas mark 5 for about 40-45 mins
Cut into sensible chunks, it is quite rich so they won't need to be big :)
Et voila! A delicious brownie :)
