Once chicken is seasoned and bell pepper, onions & bay leaves are added it should look like this.

In a large bowl combine chicken with chopped bell peppers & onions & 2 tablespoons of each seasoning along with curry powder & rub together until curry powder is wet and sticks to the chicken.

Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or skillet with 2 tablespoons of curry powder until the oil is hot and curry powder changes color. Then place chicken in skillet and mix well with butter.

Cook on medium high heat add the 3 cups of water immediately. Mix well on medium high for 15 mins. Stir in remaining seasonings in the pot. Taste for flavor add more if needed. Cook for 30 mins.

In a cup add cold water and flour mix well. Slowly add mixture to pot and stir in half a cup gravy should start to form mix well. Reduce heat season to taste. Add 2 tablespoons of curry powder.

Cook on simmer for 30 minutes allow pot to cool and serve with white or yellow rice. You can also use diced white potatoes for added flavor.

If you don't want to make gravy, allow the potatoes to make gravy for you as it cook down with the chicken

  • 10.0Tbsp Complete seasoning
  • 3.0Tbsp All purpose flour
