Ganache - 1/4 cup of milk -1 cup of melted chocolate. For the disk just spread chocolate on a sheet and wait until half set. Now cut them and place a sheet of tin foil on top.

  • 1/2c Plain flour
  • 1.0c Sugar
  • 2.0Tbsp Melted butter
  • 3.0Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 3.0 Eggs
  • 1/2c Milk
