How to Make Chaat

This recipe originally comes from Lahore. It's sweet and sour taste is truly a treat. You can find all of the ingredients at a local Indian store. Enjoy treating on it and remember eat it fresh :)

In a blender put 2 tablespoons of yoghurt, a few cumin seeds, green chillies and some mint leaves followed by half a tea spoon of salt. Blend.

Mix the rest of the yoghurt along with 2 to 3 table spoons of tamarin paste

  • (Green chutney) coriander, garlic,mint leaves, 3
