Preheat oven to 190 Celsius.

Brush a 12-hole muffin tin with melted butter.

Sift all the flour into a bowl, then combine all the dry ingredients together.

To the dry ingredients, add the combine wet ingredients, along with the banana. Stir the mixture with the wooden spoon until almost smooth.

Spoon the mixture evenly into each hole of the muffin tin.

Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
To test the muffins, insert a skewer in the centre. It should come out lean if they are ready.
Loosen the muffins from the tin and cool on a wire rack.
