Things u need : hair spry , blue glitter nail polish u can u any other glitter nail polish , see through cover or case for your phone .
( I used a cover that has a drawing but it's still see through ) Start painting your cover with your nail polish . I have one with stars and glitter in it so its night sky colour
After painting spry hair spry on it . Remember to remove it from the phone. Let it dry
