How to Make a Spring Bathing Suit

First you need a blank bathing suit.

Next you take 3 pieces of felt and sew them into the inside.(for soft texture) but do it with a sewing machine.

Then, with the felt-tip pen scribble on 1 side of each piece of felt.

Then take more thread and sew spring designs on it. But before that, spray paint any color on any white parts. But do it with a sewing kit.
