Tenderise chicken Breast till evenly spread out.
Cover the chicken breast in flour then dip it in the whisked egg and milk mixture. Then cover the chicken in breadcrumbs
Place the crumbed chicken in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
Mix onion,garlic,oregano and the tinned tomatoes in a oiled pot on medium heat till onion is browned and sauce is at the desired consistency. This should take 7-15 minutes.
Place crumbed chicken on well-oiled saucepan and cook on light heat till gold/brownish colour.
Once the chicken is fried place it on a oiled oven tray. Then spread tomato sauce over the top of the breast followed by grated mozzarella. Then place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Cook until cheese is melted. Serve with salad or vegetables of your chose. Chips also go very well as a side dish.

- 1.0 Egg
- 20.0ml Milk
- 50.0g Flour
- 100.0g Breadcrumbs
- 1.0 Cooking oil
- 1/2 Tin of tomatoes crushed/diced
- 1.0 Clove of garlic peeled and crushed
- 1/2 Onion
- 1.0 Salt, pepper and origano
- 1/2c Grated mozzarella
- 1.0 Fresh salad or vegetables of your chose
