First add as much Nutella as you wish to your blender

Secondly add the one cup of milk to your blender aswell

Thirdly add as much vanilla ice cream as you wish to your blender

Next add the one cup of ice to the blender aswell

Now blend your shake until it looks smooth

Put your shake in a glass and add your cream (optional)
