How to Make a Bud Vase

Fill vase with 4 inches of water.

Take 2 pieces of GOOD leather leaf, wipe stems off so they're clean, pull bottom leaflets off, place back to back in vase.

Cut stems so that the carnations are all staggered.

Place tallest carnation just bellow the tips of the leather leaf.

Place second carnation bellow and to the right of the tallest.

Place last carnation at the bottom of the arrangement.

Find GOOD mums, clean stem, and remove all excess leafs that aren't needed.

Place mums appropriately in vase to compliment Carnations.

Add Gyp to fill in empty spaces.

Make a bow that is size proportional to the arrangement and place in the from of the arrangement like so.

You're finished product should look some what like this. Remember that making arrangements is a hard skill to perfect, and you can't perfect it without putting in lots of time and hard work!
