Plug your iPad, iPhone or iPod in your computer using the lighting cable then go into iTunes then back it up

Run the downloaded jailbreak app. You'll get a dialog box with a button labeled jailbreak. After a while you phone will reboot then your device is jail broken

You'll notice a new app called cydia store this is where the jailbreak magic happens. Then you'll find a wealth of apps that didn't/couldn't make it in the app store
