Gather all of the needed ingredients
Mix all of the Sirloin steak with the teriyaki sauce
Chop up all of the veggies
Turn on your oven top to medium and add the sesame and canola oil
Add the yakasobi noodles and break them apart in the pan
Once the noodles have gone brown take them out
Add the veggies and let them cook for a bit
Add the steak and the noodles and let them cook
Once everything has cooked put your stir fry on a plate
Enjoy!
Having nutritional food everyday will help get fitter and healthier so you can go out everyday and enjoy. This doesn't mean that you can't have any sugary foods but just be carful when having them.
