Gather these ingredients
Also some curry leaves for flavour
Remove the skin of the bone and remove any unwanted fat ( make cuts into the meat to help the flavours infuse)
Add in the spices
Add the Boroka ( yes it smells funny )
Chop onion, curry leaves and garlic
Add the oil into the pot( smiley face optional )
Add the garlic, curry leaves and onion, stir for a few minutes
Add Chicken and stir
Close lid and leave for 5 min
Mix coconut powder with water and add, then leave for 1/2 hour
Place chicken on plate of rice and eat ( optional : rip meat off bone and serve for easy eating)
