In a medium size bowl combine 1/4 cup flour, 2/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 3/4 cups sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut and butter until mixture looks like course crumbs.

Crack the egg into a measuring cup and then fill, add milk to make 1 cup, stir in vanilla.

Stick a toothpick inside and make sure to pull it out clean, if not clean, you may need to cook it longer
