Start of by getting your hair out of the way with a hair tie.
Next, wear something you can easily move in.
Now, start to stretch BOTH legs, remember to include deep lunges and stretching your hips.
Having a flat split is essential, once you have achieved it, try to put your hands on your head and balance!
After your main stretches is complete, try and attempt an "over-split". Never heard of it? Simply do a split with your front leg on a box.
Now, stand an inch away from a blank wall and lift one leg as if you're doing a split vertically.
Next, hold your knee against your chest to stretch your hamstring.
