Helpful Stretches to Get Your Splits!


DO NOT OVER STRETCH. Listen to your body, this shouldn't hurt, if it hurts you're in too deep of a stretch, which could cause a strained or pulled muscle. Be careful, do these at your own risk.

Do 15 minutes of stretching twice a day. In the morning, and in the evening.

After about three days of doing these stretches, i have noticed a SIGNIFICANT increase in flexibility. I'm really impressed with how quickly these help.
