Take deep breaths. They help, in through the nose, out through the mouth.

Sit down, cross your arms, and alternately tap your knees. This definitely helps me calm down.

Drink some water, and go for a walk. Make sure you are lowering your body temperature. When I get anxiety, I get really uncomfortably warm.
