1. Try not to touch your face. If necessary, wash your hands, as the oils from your fingers get on your face.
2. Cut back on sugar. This will most likely help. Cereal, juice, granola bars- stick with water and healthy things, such as apples, carrots, tomatoes, or potatoes.
Drink lemon water. Not store bought lemonade. If you would like to know how, I will make a tutorial.
Sleep right. At least 7 hours.
