You are having a panic attack, what to do?!? Your freaking out you need to go to an area or person that you feel safe in or around.
Now you should feel safe, now you need to do breathing exercise's in for 3 seconds, hold for 1 second and let the breath out for 5 seconds. Do this until you are feel more control over your breathing.
Use fidgets to help cope with your anxiety. These are my fidgets I use but you can use others.
With the fidget play with them till your not focused on your anxiety and make your breathing is not fast make sure to continue the breathing exercise.
Aroma therapy is something I put on the sleeves of my sweater or sweatshirts. I use lavender or peppermint there is many other kinds that you can use.
After panic attacks I always get headaches and I'm always super tired. You can take pain medicine and I always try to to sleep. This lets your body calm down. (You don't have to do this step.)
If this is a normal thing for you please try to get help with a therapist or talk to your parents or guardian.
