Figure out why they are hibernating

Approach them slowly, as they may bite. Warning: It is not my fault if you are injured in this process

Sit by them

Cuddle and pat back of subject.

They may try to go back to hibernation…do NOT let them.

Yell at them until they sit up.

Now you have fixed your hibernating subject.
