Heat up the wrap until pliable. Helps with the rolling
Chop up the onion. I like the crunch it adds to the eggs.
Season the eggs with the pinch of salt and pepper
Sauté the onions in the tablespoon of olive oil.
Whisk the eggs
Pour into the pan with the onions
Scrabble up. Careful not to brown the eggs.
Clean your lettuce and slice the tomatoes for assembly
Spread the teaspoon of Mayo on the wrap
Add barbecue sauce
Lay out the eggs , lettuce , tomatoes in your preferred order and roll up
You can cut in half to serve or just pick up as a whole and dig in.

- 2.0 Eggs
- 4.0 Leaves butter head lettuce
- 1.0tsp Mayonnaise
- 1.0tsp Barbecue sauce
- 1.0Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/3 White onion
- 1.0pch Salt and pepper
- 1/2 Tomato
