Hi! I’ve decided to start a Healthy Snack Series, where I post a guide every week, showing you how to make a healthy snack. All of these are quite easy, and tasty. For any requests, comment below. ❤️
For this snack, you’ll need: -1 banana -About 1 teaspoon of Sugar -About 2 teaspoons of Cream Cheese
Start by washing and peeling the banana. Then, place it in a dish
Carefully, start mashing the banana with a fork, until you reach a creamy consistence
It should look something like this. I like it a bit lumpy, so try, and see how you prefer it
Add about 2 teaspoons of cream cheese, and stir until you get a nice cream. If needed, add more cream cheese
Then, for the final touch, add about 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar. You can sweeten it with other ingredients, but that’s how I do it. Give it a final stir
