How to have your ipad read to you

This is a great way to modify for students who need help reading.

By turning on Speak Selection, your iPad can read any selectable text to you.

Open Settings.

Select "General," then "Accessibility."

Select "Speak Selection."

Select "Speak Selection."

Make sure it is turned on. Note the options you can adjust to customize your reading experience.

Close settings, and open an app with selectable text (e.g. email or Safari).

Select the text you want read, then select "Speak."
