Step 1. Find a relaxing spot where nobody can disturb you.

Step 2. put on some music that will get you into a relaxing feeling.

step 3. Light a candle to make the room smell nice and feel happy:)

Step4 . Sit down and think of a happy place.

Close your eyes and listen to the noises of nature and the music

Place your hands like this and tap each finger for 3-5mins

Blow out the candle and watch the smoke rise up to heaven and stop the music.
