You can put on pajamas before or after your regimen. Your choice. Unless you shower then obviously after. 😜
Some prefer showering before bed as it helps them calm down and go to sleep. But morning is fine too as the water wakes you up. Again, your choice.
Brush your teeth. And floss if you do.
Apply lip balm. I use Mabelline's Baby Lips.
I do my Flonase every other night for my throat. This is the point at which I would take my anxiety med if needed. This is when you take your meds.
